Good Morning,

This is week #5 in our training cycle.

We have our normal class schedule all week this week!  Lot's of opportunities to train!  We hope to see you early and often!

Great effort in class last week team!  We are so proud of your progress!  We are at the half way point of our training cycle!  4 weeks left until our next belt exam.  Now that the kids have gotten into the "Back-To-School" routine, let's amp up our training over the next 4 weeks as we all shoot for our next belt exam!

Tiger-Rock Tuesday!

Don't forget our new tradition!  We know that everyone loves to sport the colors/shirts/hats, etc of their favorite teams!  Last week we started the "Tiger-Rock Tuesday" tradition. We want to encourage all students to wear one of their Tiger Rock T-shirt's to their school every Tuesday. Just like Tennessee fans love seeing other Vol shirts.....we want our students to feel empowered when they see all those Tiger Rock shirts in their local schools (in the hallway, lunchroom, fellow classmates, etc!). We are a team!  Wear your Tiger-Rock apparel to school tomorrow! Post the pictures to our facebook page and/or use hashtag #TigerRockTuesday

Our Back-to-School referral contest is going great! We have had so many new faces inside our academy, and our academy is up to 176 members! Way to go guys! The competition ends on October 12th.

So far the leader is The Reynolds Family.

Bring a friend to try class or event=1 point
Have a friend sign up on a starter course=3 points
Have a friend enroll full time=7 points

Don't forget on Saturday September 28th we will have a modified class schedule due to Senior Master Greg Roy teaching TaeKwonDo classes. The seminar is $10.00 for all students not on the All-Access Upgrade.
Class Schedule is as Follows:

Kid Grappling 8:00a.m.
Youth & Adult Ranks 9:00a.m. 
Junior Advanced Ranks 10:00a.m. (Brown-Black)
Junior Beginner Ranks 11:00a.m. (White-Blue)






Students should wear black training pants and Red Training T-shirt. Students wearing any other attire (other than apprentice team members) will not be allowed to participate.

Parents Night Out & Teen Lock In

Teen Lock In is from 9:00p.m. to 8:00a.m. Cost is $35.00 for All-Access and $40.00 for members and non-members.
