We have a ton of stuff going on at Tiger-Rock within these next few weeks. So please remember to check your emails regularly.

Mr. Bailey will be hosting testing preperation private lessons this Saturday (03/23) from 1:00-4:00. The cost is $20 for a half hour lesson. Please see Mrs. Amy to sign up.

Team Revolution Members: Please meet at the Knoxville Zoo this Saturday (03/23) at 9:30 a.m. Performances will run until around 10:45-11ish. FULL DEMO UNIFORM.

Post Testing Schedule:
Monday (4/15): Closed for Testing Processing/Secondary Testing 6:00p.m.
Tuesday (4/16): Promotion Ceremony
Covered Dish/Potluck dinner immediately following at local church. Time and Location TBA.
We will be distrubuting the 2012 National & World Champion titles at this event. Please be sure to order your patches before April 6th. Wednesday (4/17): Green Belt Sparring Night (regular class times)
Thursday (4/18): Buddy Night

Tiger-Rock Academy Newsletter

Good Afternoon,

We hope that everyone had a wonderful weekend at the Tiger-Rock National Championships. As always, our academy did awesome, and took home tons of medals. We are proud of each and every one of our competitors who demonstrated courage, dedication, and skill. If you competed at the Tiger-Rock Nationals, please bring in your medals all week this week, and we will hang them up on the wall until after rank exams.

Don't forget to be completing your goal sheets for your merit badge, as well as bringing in your gradecards to receive your honor roll merit badge. 

Please read the following for upcoming events and reminders:

• ·    Team Revolution Performance this Saturday at the Knoxville Zoo. Tentative time is from 9a.m.-11a.m.

• ·     Rank Exam Registration begins March 25-April 6^th. All students must be registered by April 6^th.

• ·     Students needing Sparring Gear, National or World Champion Patches, any training gear, or weapons (Tactical Short Stick for next cycle) must have them purchased by April 6^th.

• ·     Students wishing to purchase training shorts for summer, must pre-register with Mrs. Amy at the front desk. Deadline is also April 6^th.

• ·    The academy will be closed March 29^th and 30^th for the Easter Holiday.

• ·    Team Revolution Performance April 12^th at Cedar Bluff Schools.

• ·    Rank Exams will be on April 13^th

The competitors rankings were based on their rank as well as the amount of points they earned (see below) for their placements at National and/or World Competitions.
