Good Afternoon Students & Parents,
We had a wonderful display of martial art talent this past weekend, and the Apprentice Team could not be prouder of each and every student. Some students successfully passed the testing, while others gained valuable lessons where sometimes even with hard work, goals we set can be challenging to achieve. We also hope that all of our students had a wonderful day back to school today!
Please remember that almost all classes are modified and/or cancelled this week.

Good Afternoon,
What a wonderful and beautiful weekend we had, and we are looking forward to an amazing upcoming testing weekend. All students should have the curriculum stripes necessary to be eligible for rank exams. During classes this week, students will be reviewed for the exam process, as well as continuing to have support for those students needing additional help. 

Please note: Students without all of their sparring gear this week will not be allowed to train during sparring times. 

Please remember to continue to fill our your goal sheets for your goal setting merit badge, as well as turn in report cards to earn their Honor Roll merit badge. Students should also have their teachers fill out the Partners-in-Learning forms located beside the front desk. 

As most students continue to prepare for rank exams, many parents and students have asked where they can find the curriculum. Please follow the steps to access your student’s curriculum:

22.)    Click on student resources.

33.)    Click on Tiger Cub Curriculum Stripes (ages 3-6), or Youth Curriculum Stripes (ages 6-15), or Adult Curriculum Stripes (ages 16 and up).

44.)    The access id for the following groups are as follows:

a.       Tiger Cubs =tigercub

b.      Youth= youth

c.       Adult= adult

55.)    The password for all groups is tigerrock. ***Be careful of autocorrect***

Here are a few reminders for the rank exam process:

11.)    Students should be dressed in complete uniform (White Jacket, Red TKD undershirt, Black Tiger-Rock pants, belt, and sparring gear).

22.)    The uniform should be clean, pressed, and presentable.

33.)    The belt should hang equally, and have the curriculum stripes on the right, and merit badges and starts on the left.

44.)    All students should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their start time.

Junior White, Yellow, and Green 10:15a.m.
Red L3 & Black Belt 4:00p.m. (All black belts are asked to attend).
Junior Blue, Brown and Red L2 5:15p.m.

Tuesday (4/16) Promotion Ceremony at Ebenezer Methodist Church at 6:00p.m. Please sign up to bring a covered dish for our pot luck dinner. Everyone is welcome (students testing or not testing, friends, and families) to celebrate our new ranks, national champions, and new black belts. To sign up for a covered dish/items for promotion ceremony, please follow these instructions:

Post Testing Schedule

Good Morning,

We have a ton of stuff going on at Tiger-Rock within these next few weeks. So please remember to check your emails regularly.

Mr. Bailey will be hosting testing preperation private lessons this Saturday (03/23) from 1:00-4:00. The cost is $20 for a half hour lesson. Please see Mrs. Amy to sign up.

Team Revolution Members: Please meet at the Knoxville Zoo this Saturday (03/23) at 9:30 a.m. Performances will run until around 10:45-11ish. FULL DEMO UNIFORM.
