Rank Exams tonight and tomorrow

Good Afternoon,
We are all so excited to see our students show off all of their skills at our Tiger-Rock TaeKwonDo Rank Exams this weekend! Please remember there will be no classes on Friday, Saturday, Monday, or Tuesday due to our exam and promotion process. Classes will resume on Wednesday for our rewards week.
As a reminder for Rank Exams:
  • Be sure you are in Full Uniform (Jacket, Pants, Belt, with proper color undershirt, red for most students)
  • Be sure to have all of your sparring gear
  • Be sure to have a water bottle
As a reminder for spectators:
  • Please make sure all spectators are respectful of the students on the mat
  • Please make sure to keep all noise to a minimum
  • Please make sure to turn off electronic devices
  • Please make sure the playroom stays quiet, and all children are not running along the mat.
Enjoy the show, and don’t forget we have our black belt rank exams on Saturday morning at 10:30 for all to come and enjoy! Mr. Halen Reeves will be testing for his 1st Degree Level 2 Black Belt, and Mr. Calvin Hamilton and Mr. Brandon Sloane will be testing for their 1st Degree Level 1 Black Belt! Wish them good luck!

How children can benefit from Tiger-Rock

As the 2011-2012 school year is quickly approaching, moms are beginning to fight the crowds for the best deals on binders, spiral notebooks, glue sticks, and school clothes. Moms, you know the drill. However, you may want to consider letting Tiger-Rock help prepare your child to protect themselves from the peer pressure and bullying that can occur within a school year. As you are shopping, you want Tiger-Rock as part of your back to school budget.
Tiger-Rock TaeKwonDo is a proven method in Tiger-Rock academies all across the country to promote a more disciplined and confident lifestyle that enhances a student’s ability to focus, vastly improving grades and behavior in the classroom. Youth students also enjoy the benefits of becoming healthier, stronger, and faster through fun, interactive lesson. Mrs. Amanda Piercy, mother to Selina Piercy, a brown belt in the program, says “I love this place! The lessons are awesome, the flexible schedule is great for busy families, and the camaraderie amongst the staff and students is amazing.”
Tiger-Rock is offering a great back-to-school special to fit into any parent’s budget. For only $44, students will receive a starter course for four entire weeks of Tiger-Rock TaeKwonDo training, and a Tiger-Rock beginner uniform. The no obligation starter course is a great way to enroll into the Tiger-Rock program to make sure you like our lessons, and what we are teaching your children. All you have to do is call us at (865) 247-4437 to schedule your first visit!
